PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT FOR NATIONAL TEXTILE RESEARCH CENTRE
1.National Textile University, Faisalabad invites Technical and Financial bids in separate sealed covers on from original Manufacturers, their Authorized Agents and Suppliers for the purchase of following equipment for the National Textile Research Centre.
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain the Bidding Document from the Admin office in NTU on submission of a written application along with payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2500/- (Two Thousand and Five Hundred only). Bidding Document will be issued up to 01-02-2012 during office hours.
3. Single stage – Two envelopes bidding procedure specified in the Public Procurement Rules, 2008 shall be followed for receiving and processing the bids. The amount of Bid Security (Earnest Money @ 2.0% of the quoted price) in the shape of pay order/bank draft/call deposit is required to be deposited in the name of the National Textile University, Faisalabad.
4. Sealed bids should be reached in the Admin office by or before 11 A.M. on 02-02-2012. The bids received within the stipulated time and date will be opened by the Procurement Committee in the committee room of NTU on the same day at 12:15 pm in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives.
